In Person Lessons (NYC):
30 Minutes - $75
45 Minutes - $110
60 Minutes - $140
House calls (In Manhattan) can be made for an additional $50 on top of the in person rate - Rates will be negotiated for anything outside of Manhattan
Online Lessons: 
30 Minutes - $60
45 Minutes - $90
60 Minutes - $120
